Week 3 of the ‘New Year, New You’ fitness and nutrition program
We are now at Week 3 of the “New Year, New You” health and fitness makeover program. Each week, I will add to the program and provide you with more exercise and nutrition tips to advance your program and ultimately reach your goal of looking and feeling your best. One important point….with fitness, sometimes you have to change your mindset. For example, I tell our clients that the wrong question to ask yourself everyday is “Should I workout today?” The answer to that question is almost always “Yes!” Everyday you should do something active and move your body. So instead, the correct question should be “What exercise am I going to do today?” Bottom line, you should always try to do something to move your body.
