Are you looking to attend a Schwinn Indoor Cycling class or are you looking to get trained as a Schwinn Indoor Cycling instructor?
Read the article in The Columbian last week. I was very excited by the clear, bel.ievable overview given re resistance training. However, after reviewing your websites given in the article, I was quite disappointed to see that you are running three training studios. I received the impression that your business was located only in Vancouver, also I presumed that this article described your personal approach and that you were the sole practitioner.
I am very interested in more information regarding how you assist individuals to achieve the goals and success you describe; most notably your suggestion that a personalized plan developed and overseen by a personal trainer is most often the most efficient and goal directed approach.
This approach, I agree, is probably the best, if not often the only way to attain specific long- term performance and exercise habits. While I understand and agree, regretfully the “word bout town” re using personal trainers often refers to folks who are not academically prepared, or officially educated for this purpose, with the exception of professional athletes. Also, the common response regarding cost over the long term in order to achieve results because true changes do not come easy and strenghth and endurance at any activity takes a long time even if highly motivated.
Finally after preaching to the choir, I have several questions, which will help me to understand if your studio and approach is possible for me secondary to cost, and that I am severely deconditioned because of chronic health related issues and therefore a absurdly sedated lifestyle because of pain. I would like to know if an individual consult with you is possible so that both myself and a personal trainer make a clear, informed, decision. I am not, nor will ever be, successful in mastering what most people today want in terms of exercize, active lifestyle, or performance. I only want to develop strength to walk a short distance, use a short set of stairs, maintain balance, etc. If you are interested, I will await your positive response. One more thing, since you cannot possibly attend to three locations as a trainer, are your employees Master’s prepared and experienced?
